Tonia Strine
Founder/Owner + Master Injector
Tonia is a registered nurse and licensed master injector. Before opening GLOW in 2015, you could find her working in the ER. Her passion has always been to help people. Although she’s not saving people’s lives anymore, she takes great pride in being able to help people look and feel their best. Her goal has always been to create a safe and accepting place where people of all ages, races, and genders can feel comfortable. From the moment you step in the door, you will feel her welcoming attitude. By the time you leave, you will feel like a friend. Born and raised in Michigan, Tonia moved her family to Franklin 16 years ago. Tonia is happily married to her best friend and husband, Jon. They have a French Bulldog, Gus, and a Mini Goldendoodle, Dolly. In her free time, Tonia enjoys working out, traveling, attending concerts, and spending time on the lake!
Maggie Gibson
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Living in the Nashville area for 16 years, Maggie takes pride in making sure each client’s unique goals are achieved. After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology Maggie went back to school to obtain her Bachelor’s in nursing. She developed a passion for aesthetic nursing after watching the joy it brought to her mom, who just happens to be our founder! When Maggie is not at GLOW she is working in an ICU step-down unit at Skyline Medical Center or hanging out with her dog Hank! Fun fact about Maggie: she was a figure skater for 12 years and was on the US National team multiple years in a row.
Melissa Phillips
Lead Medical Aesthetician
Melissa has been a trusted medical aesthetician for over a decade, and more than half have been here at GLOW. She specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, corrective chemical peels, and laser treatments. Melissa is comprehensive in her approach, addressing the total health and well-being of your skin. Her #1 goal is to provide immediate and long-term corrective solutions for all skin concerns. During Melissa’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and also watching any and every show on Bravo!
Shannon Ellis
Medical Aesthetician
Shannon is a Medical Aesthetician with over a decade of experience and advanced training in facial rejuvenation and corrective treatments. She specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, anti-aging protocols, corrective chemical peels, and radio frequency microneedling. She customizes her in-office treatments to address multiple skin concerns and educates patients on how to effectively care for their skin at home. Shannon is passionate about continuing her knowledge in the ever-changing beauty industry and helping her patients achieve their skincare goals! When not at GLOW, Shannon enjoys cuddling her dogs, traveling with her husband and kids, and watching Sex and the City!
