Appointment Policy Update

Effective July 1, 2019, in order to service all of our clients in a timely and respectful manner, we have updated our booking, cancellation, late, and no show policies.

Booking Deposit

To schedule an appointment, we require a card on file and a $50 deposit, which will be applied to your total purchase at checkout.

Consultation booking

Due to the increase in complimentary consultation no shows, we require a booking deposit to schedule. If you decide to treat at the time of your consultation, the deposit will be applied at checkout. If you decide not to treat, you will be refunded the deposit via gift card or to your card on file.

cancellation and no show policy

Your booking deposit will not be reimbursed or credited to any future purchases if we do not receive a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time or if you are a no show to your appointment. This is applicable to consultation appointments as well.

Late Policy

If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, you may be asked to reschedule.


Insurance Policy

We do not accept insurance. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
